The palate is vibrant and fresh, with crisp acidity and notes of tangerine, nectarine and pear and a dab of spice that enlivens the finish. Calls out for seafood! En 2008, à leur retour en Afrique du Sud, John rejoint le domaine Thelema puis Iona mais il rêve de lancer son propre négoce.
