The palate is energetic and tensile, a little pithier than the \"Fire,\" with a dash of lemongrass that enlivens the entrancing finish. Alheit's best in 2024? Quite possibly. Poised, taut, restrained and ocean fresh, it's like standing on a beach watching the  sun rise, with layers of kelp, oyster shell and salted almonds and a stony, energetic, granite-driven finish.
